ACCESSIBLITY:

MAIN STAGE -

The Studio* is on the first floor up one flight of stairs and is not suitable for disabled access. There are no service lifts.

 

WORKSHOPS -

The Chicken Shed* is on the ground floor but also up 4 steps.

MAIN BAR -

The main bar / restaurant on the ground floor is accessible with accessible toilet.

 

*The Hen and Chicken has spent a lot of time investigating solutions to rectify accessibility access however, like many old buildings, there is not enough width in the staircase / infrastructure to add in accessiblity points.

PARKING:

On street parking available only. Partly restricted to residents / Pay & Display only before 5 pm Monday-Friday.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

TRAIN: 

Bedminster train station (15 min walk) and Parson Street train station (20 min walk) are about 1 mile away from the venue.

​

BUS:

Route 75 and 24 busses run up North Street. 

​

TAXI:

This venue is in a very popular area of Bristol and lively road, it should be relatively easy to get a taxi to and from the venue.
